Grandmaster Gagne, Master Dorris and Grandmaster Choi

Master Dorris 5th Degree Black Belt, is the highest ranked Hapkido Mu Gong Kwan instructor in Michigan.  He works full time and is the owner of his school in Ypsilanti, Michigan.  He earned his 1st Degree Black Belt in Korea in 1978 when he was in the Air Force.  Master Dorris is the top official on the promotion testing board for belt testings in Michigan.
