The time spent with you has been valuable to me on several levels. I have learned significant things from you every week and not just the sword. You have helped me with Moo Sang Hyung (we need to get back to that now that my thesis is done). You have helped me in other techniques and even this last Saturday, just by watching you, I learned something new on the nun-chucks (I really need some help with those by the way). Most importantly, you have helped build my confidence. I regularly battle with a belief that I'm not really very good at any of this stuff, but your teaching style helps me keep that under control.

I am grateful to both you and Master Dorris for giving me this opportunity on Saturdays. I will gladly spend extra time with you learning the things you are willing to teach and I am honored that you have been willing to take me on as a student of the sword.
